Kia ora, I'm Lacey
NZ CliftonStrengths coach
Ever since I was a child growing up in rural Ohio, I've been fascinated by the question “How do we all thrive, not just survive?”
In trying to find an answer, I studied an undergraduate degree in English at Otterbein University a liberal arts university in Ohio.
There, I got to read and think about human wellbeing from the angle of all the disciplines. Next I moved to New Zealand and completed my Master’s degree in Education where I studied the psychology of learning.
Soon after I trained with the NZ Strengths Network to use the CliftonStrengths tools. I currently have a Masterclass distinction and I maintain my professional development through the NZ Strengths Network
I have been CliftonStrengths coaching in the public and private sector of NZ for over ten years and I absolutely love my work.
Personally, this question continues to fuel my life and learning! I’ve typically got three books on the go - mostly psychology, spirituality and parenting books!
My life as a wife, mum of 3 boys, and active community member teaches me everyday how to seek to live with energy, excellence and ease - not because any of these roles are easy - but because I am driven to thrive and help those around me to as well.
I’m a 4 on the Enneagram a creative and introvert at heart (which surprises even those who know me well), and an avid fan of both exercise and donuts!
