Gallup requires a code to take the CliftonStrengths assessment online.

I provide this code to you before you take your assessment.

Yes! Most clients go through their workplace to pay for this . Lacey can provide a quote for you - simply get in touch!

If you took the assessment past the age of 25, your initial results are your most valid.

If you took the assessment before the age of 25, you may find taking it again worthwhile.

Rather than retaking the assessment repeatedly (as many people do), investing in a coaching session with Lacey is a more efficient use of your time and money.

While my CliftonStrengths report is powerful, having a coaching conversation is what takes it from information to transformation.

In each coaching session, Lacey helps you identify your talents and plan actions to help you grow. Without the conversation, the report is often just words on paper.

There are a few cornerstones that we will always cover, and I will always seek to make the session yours and for it to go where you want it to.

So every session will look a little differently, and I'll always cover these questions using your CliftonStrengths themes as a guide to our convo:

1. What hopes and expectations do you have for our conversation?

2. Where are you experiencing energy, excellence and ease right now? Which of your talents do you see working for you?

3. What challenges or obstacles are you facing? What do you want to do differently?

4. What are your takeaways from today's session?

It's helpful if you read the ‘Signature Theme’ report that Gallup sends you so you are primed with questions.

And you can think through what you want from the coaching conversation. (What are your hopes and expectations? Do you have a current obstacle or challenge that you are facing?)

All brains grow best by building on what’s already true of us and what we enjoy (which is what CliftonStrengths helps you discover). Research shows this is even more true for neurodiverse brains.
